Daffodil Memories

I love this Daffodil sculpture in the Kyneton Botanical Gardens πŸ™‚

Note to self – plant more Daffodils this year! And . . . write that ‘Daffodil memory’ !

More Daffodils :)

Today’s prompt…

The frost over the past months has devastated my Geraniums but the Daffodils are blooming (the ones the cockatoos didn’t destroy!) so it won’t be long until I can re-plant with the cuttings I took inΒ  Autumn πŸ™‚ We had another frost last night but already the sun is shining and promising a beautiful Father’s Day.

Happy Father’s Day!

The Daffodil Principle

I found it πŸ™‚ many times over. If you Google The Daffodil Principle you will find the story repeated on many sites. Probably many of you have heard it before but whether you have or haven’t it is a timely reminder that we can all start right now on whatever project we have in mind. Just 100 words a day adds up to 5200 in a year…a good start toward that novel you keep saying you want to write! And, once the momentum gets going, it isn’t hard to increase those 100 words to 200, 500 or more πŸ™‚

I think I’d better go practice what I preach and write 100 words!
