A sad prompt today . . .
Unfortunately, Jess’ beautiful Cavalier King Charles is still missing despite an all night search, ads on Gumtree, contacting vets, council etc.
Hopefully, the prompt will inspire stories with happy endings as we are still hoping for. Pet owners the world over will understand how it feels 😦
Just in case anyone in the Gawler/Buchfelde/Two Wells area of South Australia is reading this –
My daughter has arrived home from work to find her beloved King Charles Cavalier missing.
His name is Clyde, he is about 6 years old, tan and white (Blenheim)
He is microchipped, desexed. A beautiful dog.
If anyone in the area has seen or found him please email me asap- firstname.lastname@example.org
I stopped for a break in a small country town on the drive home from Gawler and noticed this old tank parked in a yard beside the rest stop . . . I guess that little town is prepared for anything 🙂
I arrived home last night from Gawler, SA after a rainy long weekend pet-sitting but left behind this beautiful rainbow 🙂
A perfect morning at Gawler’s Pioneer Park 🙂 I was very lucky as the weather was just right while I was visiting.
And, it was nice to see this very well maintained area being used by several groups including and exercise group and some young workers relaxing with their morning coffee.
So much to see . . . unfortunately, once I get in the car to either travel to or from Gawler, I am always acutely aware of the length of the journey and don’t stop for very long along the way. But one day I’m going to make the time to explore these trails . . . take time to smell the native flora 🙂
Yesterday we drove to Melbourne and visited Queen Victoria Market and saw the Myer window. Here’s Jackie riding high on Dad’s shoulders 🙂
Auntie Jess and Auntie Jodi arrived at 4am after driving through the night from Gawler. They are so excited about seeing their nephew for the first time and Jackie is being thoroughly spoiled 🙂
