The morning after

Today’s prompt . . .

The morning after began like most days and it wasn’t until he was halfway through his first mug of coffee that he remembered . . .

I’ve had a couple of emails this morning asking if I will be extending the closing date for the Positive Words Short Story and Poetry Competition…in fairness to the other entrants I am unable to do this but for those who missed out there is still the monthly mini-competition – this month featuring the word KNITTING. But, I should be adding a line here and a line there to my writing 😦
